Hypnotherapy For Asthma, Hay Fever and Allergies

Asthma is generally observed as an allergic reaction to something, or the product of tension and stress, resulting in a spasmodic reaction in the tiny muscles controlling the smallest airways in our lungs. Hay Fever is our body's protective reaction to something, usually certain plant pollens. Many people also suffer reactive symptoms, or allergies, when exposed to many and various other external elements. Many people's symptoms are caused or exacerbated by underlying emotional or psychological problems which can also be discovered and resolved using Hypnotherapy.

Most allergic reactions are a disproportionate protective response from our body to relatively harmless things. Very often they are the result of an incident or situation where we, or our subconscious defenses, misjudged the threat in the past and thus "learned" to overreact to it in the same way in the future. Sometimes we become suceptible to severe responses due to stress which has heightened our sensitivity to unexpected changes.

But how often is common sense ignored and only appears obvious in hindsight?
