This blog is basically about Simplifying Psychology into plain language so that you can understand concepts of how our mind works and use them in everyday life, to, in effect, be your own Life Coach.
Especially if you are having any sort of emotional or psychological problem, the world of Psychology can seem very complex and complicated. For goodness sake, someone has already put an unnecessary "P" at the start of the very word itself!!
So, what I want to do with "Psimple Psychology" is to simplify the whole world of the psychology and psychotherapy, that everybody should know and that everybody can use to help themselves, into language and concepts that are easily understood and easy to put into practice to improve your own quality of life and success.
Knowledge of Psychology can save so much unnecessary Mental, Emotional and Psychological suffering.
Life can be hard enough sometimes, but 9 times out of 10 what makes us suffer is the way that we are interpreting that life and what we don't know about how we do it and how we can manage that.
Counseling Psychology, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy
It can be hard to find a good or suitable therapist and then it can be an expensive business.
But there is so much that you can do for yourself with the right information and knowledge.
In these articles I will be addressing many of the problems that I can help with, using Hypnotherapy and other forms of psychotherapy.
Sometimes, at the end of the day, we do need some help. But even in these cases, a little knowledge helps us to (a) know when this is the case and (b) know what kind of help is available and (c) know what kind of help we need.
So, stick with me here and you will build up a knowledge of how our mind works and why that will help you to help yourself and others in your life to understand yourself and themselves in a practical and useful way.
